Sinclair is Born
Sinclair Construction Group, Inc. (SCG) was founded and entered the market with high hopes and strong ambitions. From the very beginning we landed solid jobs, received consistent awards for quality and safety, and made good name for ourselves.

Successful Early Years
SCG performed work for Delta (Sky Club® at Concourse B at Hartsfield Jackson, largest of its kind in the world), Coca Cola (Workplace 2020, headquarters), and built multiple facilities for large logistics companies such as Averitt, Old Dominion, SAIA and Estes. Multiple awards for safety and excellence in construction were received. However, the reality of competing in this space started to settle in...

Burnout
By 2018, we found ourselves competing on price like everyone else, and putting out as many bids as possible; sometimes 100 other competing offers! We needed something better, a new beginning, and a way to get out of the grind of the crowded Atlanta Construction market...

2019
MEGASLAB® Changes Everything
In 2019 SCG became the first Authorized Installer (AI) for MEGASLAB® and traveled across the US installing it for owners with great success. Some of the largest MEGASLAB® installations to date have been performed by SCG. SCG now enjoys being in a “deep blue ocean” (reference the book Blue Ocean strategy), and away from the red shark infested waters where most contractors have to survive.

Now in 2022 we look back at over 3 years of getting called for work, vs. hunting and clawing for it. We only install MEGASLAB® (which is now a recognized technology in our industry with the largest names), and that still has us traveling around the nation to meet the demand for the most durable concrete with the highest carbon reduction on the planet.
